Note: We're leaning further away from traditional combat now, but there are perhaps still creatures that cause trouble for you. It's just that instead of hitting them with swords over and over, we want to think of other ways to drive them off, avoid them, or defend against them.
Like, definitely not doing these guys. But I do hate grubs. And I like the idea of bug-people with their camouflage & mimicry designs being fun stuff.
Would there be other kinds of dudes that you fight? Maybe. It's become such tricky territory. I think there's something fun about doing combat with something that has arms and legs and a face. It's just that you can't feel bad at all about killing them.
Sportoise makes a stinky cloud and has a snappy snap that definitely gets broadcasted by UI.
