Note: We've explored a few different game ideas, and this was one that we ended up not going with. We're including it here for fun though.
Some magefolk get flashy affinities, like Fire, or Axes, or Foresight. Some magefolk get practical affinities, like Stonework, or Communication, or even Plants. I got Laundry. So, here I am.
Back in school, I saved Byron's life. (School is dangerous for us, because monsters are real.) There was a sentient stain on his shirt, and it had paralyzed him, and was about to finish the job. I took care of that for him, and kept his clothes in good shape after, and he was super grateful. He's a good guy, really, and his Dad is rich. So after we graduated, his Dad loaned me the money to buy this old place. It sure beats joining Mom and Dad in the mines. They love it, I don't.
Well anyway, here we are. This place is a complete disaster, and I'm super grateful to have it. I've got just a bit of cash left from Aunt Dillie's graduation present, and I need to see if I can make this work.
